The Governor is the chief executive of the state whose function is to administer the laws of the state. He is helped in this task by his Chief of Staff. Charlie Waldrep was Folsom's chief of staff. These files contain letters, reports, clippings, press releases, publications of various kinds, reports, and other types of materials. The files are unarranged in the boxes and about 1/3 of the files are not labeled. A few of the more important files have been listed in the container listing.
